    Great news stories.
    #10. That’s great.
#9. She does have what it takes to have longevity.
#8. She has been very fortunate.
#7. I bet he never expected that.
#6. Say it forget it, write it regret it. That show’s his intellect.

#1. That’s alot of time to have taken away from you knowing that you’re innocent. Hopefully the money will help.
    Great job Leon!

  2. Shack Says:

#10-Congrats to these two talented brothers. Hopefully, Brother Kodjoe will join them with a renewal although I’ve yet to see one episode.

#9-Thx. for placing this in your TT. A few months back, Roddy and I had to convince a few on the Greatness of Sade!

#8-Congrats (Tootie) but I’ll take my girl (Regina King)!

#7-Excellent recognition Brother LeBrun. I’ve thought for years that all fast-food and convenience stores employees should be in-cased in plexi or bullet-proof glass.

#6-This is HOW THEY REALLY THINK!

#5-I still have major questions about the two people sitting across from eachother orientation-wise!!

    #4-Poor confused little kid!

    #3-True Dat!

#2-What does It Take for People to “Get This Man?”

#1-Stated this before…How many countless brothers have been falsely imprisoned over the years? Hope the heinous cops & lawyers responsible are still around to witness his release.

  3. Lenora Dorsey Says:

Shack – I agree with you on #1… I bet that rather than admit that they were wrong, they would tell people that they still think he’s guilty.

  4. Shack II Says:

LD-Thx. for the comment. By the way we have an AA District Attorney (a 1st in Dallas) who was elected a few years ago. His main mission is to free many local men (mostly brothers of course)who were wrongly convicted such as Brother Newton. Through these attempts about twenty men have been released. Of course the local Republicans are trying “like a vengence” to get him out of office since they obviously would like to see us stay incarcerated even if wrongly convicted!.

  5. Lenora Dorsey Says:

Shack- Awesome. Better late than never. He sounds like a wonderfully compassionate man. It is very sad that they “Republicans” will try until they can’t try anymore to get those out of office that will fight for AA. Especially, the wrongly convicted ones. It’s really sad that MLK Jr. and many others fought so hard for equality and with every step forward, we seem to get pushed two steps backward.
